“You never serviced my unit.”

The argument you can’t win from memory — and the one you always win with a record.

You never serviced my unit.

Thursday, 7:41 AM. Four photos. GPS on file. Sent.

Proof of service · Unit 14 · forwarded

Every service carries a photo, GPS, and a timestamp — proof you can forward. SwapProof records completion of your own checklist; it does not certify compliance.

What it looks like in the truck

The route board, the offline stop, and the record. The iPhone and Android driver apps are on the way, and the office side is coming to any browser.

The schedule in the SwapProof app — a week of service days with their stop counts, one tap from each day's route board.
A week of service days at a glance — each one tap from its route board.

More app screens are on the way — the iPhone and Android driver apps ship with the full walkthrough.

The four things the category king charges you extra to avoid

Offline architecture, routing that respects your order, the record, and a flat published price.

The offline route day

SwapProof is built offline-first — the whole route day runs with no signal. Dead zones on a job site never stop the work; the day syncs when the truck comes back into coverage. It’s architecture, not a bolt-on.

Routing that respects the operator

Route suggestions preview as a diff you apply or discard — suggestions you apply, and locked stops never move. Regeneration never touches a stop you set. Your route, your order, your call.

The record and the history page

Every service captures a photo, GPS, and a timestamp — proof you can forward. Each record lands on a shareable customer history page a general contractor will accept.

Flat, published pricing

Flat monthly, unlimited drivers, prices on the page — no implementation fee, no annual contract, no demo call to see a number. Adding a truck never raises your software bill.

From the route day to the 28-day invoice

The loop ends where your money starts — thirteen cycles a year, not twelve calendar months.

  1. 1

    Set the cadence

Cadence → schedule → route days. One route day per truck per week on Free; unlimited on paid.

  2. 2

    Run the day offline

Your driver works the route with no signal, stamping every stop as they go.

  3. 3

    Stamp the record

Photo, GPS, timestamp — onto the customer’s shareable history page.

  4. 4

    Bill the cycle

Each 28-day cycle closes into an invoice PDF, your own payment link, and dunning reminders.

Our promise to the operator

Five promises that are product constraints, not marketing lines — so a price change can’t quietly revise them.

Flat pricing. Prices on the page.

Free to start · Solo $59/mo · Crew $99/mo · Fleet $149/mo — unlimited drivers on every paid plan. Founding operators join at $49/mo for their first 12 months, then the list price they signed up under.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you charge per driver?

No. Every paid plan includes unlimited driver seats — adding a truck never raises your software bill. Add trucks, not fees. Plans are gated by units, the thing that actually grows with your business, not by headcount.

Does it work with no signal?

Yes. SwapProof is built offline-first — the whole route day runs with no signal. Your driver opens the day, records every stop with photos, and it all syncs when the truck comes back into coverage. Offline isn’t a mode you switch on; it’s how the driver day is built.

What is a proof-of-service record?

Every service captures a photo, GPS (when the driver permits it), and a timestamp — proof you can forward. It documents completion of your own checklist and lands in a shareable customer history page, so “you never serviced my unit” is answered by forwarding the record. SwapProof records completion of your own checklist; it does not certify compliance.

What is a 28-day billing cycle?

Portable-sanitation billing runs on 28-day cycles, not calendar months — thirteen cycles a year. Pick an anchor date and SwapProof generates each cycle’s invoice PDF, payment link, and dunning reminders automatically. (There’s a free 28-day billing calendar under Tools to see how your cycles fall.)

What is the off-season pause?

Winter armor. When the units come back to the yard, downgrade to $19/mo instead of paying a full bill or cancelling: everything goes read-only, but your proof-of-service archive stays live and shareable — a January dispute about a September invoice still has its September records — and the bid pack stays generable for contract-bid season. One tap resumes your prior plan next spring.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You take all of it. Export everything — customers, units, placements, records, invoices — as JSON or CSV, free, on every tier, forever. Export is never the reason you can’t leave; the off-season pause keeps the data warm, and export works there too.

Run one real route day, free.
