Delete your SwapProof account

You can permanently delete your SwapProof account — and everything in it — from inside the app. Deletion removes your business data: customers, units, placements, route days, service records (including photos), invoices, and reports.

In the app

  1. Open Settings
  2. Under Your data, tap Delete account…
  3. Export your data first if you want a copy — the export is always free, on every plan
  4. Type the confirmation and confirm

What happens next

Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 7-day grace window (so a mistake isn’t forever) — sign back in before the window ends to restore it. After the grace period your content is permanently deleted, as described in the privacy policy; backups age out on a rolling schedule of no more than 30 additional days. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription. A few minimal records we must keep for legal or tax purposes (e.g., invoices we issued you) are retained where the law requires.

Reach us through the contact page or the support option in the app listing from the address on your account, and we’ll run the same deletion for you.
