SwapProof is a product of Ardeo Labs LLC.

What we collect

Your account details (name, email), the business data you enter (customers, units, placements, records, invoices), and standard technical data (device and usage logs) needed to run and secure the service. Proof-of-service records may include photos and GPS location that your drivers choose to capture.

How we use it

To provide the service: run your routes, generate records and invoices, secure your account, and support you. We do not sell your data, and we do not market to your customers.

Your customers’ data

You control the customer data you enter. SwapProof processes it on your behalf to run your operation and never contacts your customers except when you direct it to (for example, a record link you share or an invoice you send).

Sharing

We use a small number of infrastructure and payment processors to run the service (for example, hosting and your own payment provider). They process data only to provide their service to us. We disclose data if the law requires it.

Your choices

Export everything as JSON or CSV, free, any time. Delete your account and data from inside the app (see Delete account). A short grace and backup-retention window applies before deletion is permanent.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a limited period after deletion for backups and any records the law requires us to retain.
